Managing quotes previously required customers to log in to view or take action, which often added friction and slowed down the approval process. This was especially inconvenient for quick approvals or for customers accessing quotes from email on the go.

To address this, a secure and seamless mechanism has been introduced in the email section that allows customers to access and act on quotes directly through email links without requiring a login.

Each link is generated with a time-bound secure token that controls access and defines what actions the user can perform, such as viewing, reviewing, or approving/rejecting the quote based on its status:

When a customer clicks the link, the system validates the token and displays the quote accordingly.

Additionally, safeguards are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, including restricting actions for non-owners and applying limits on link regeneration.

This enhancement streamlines the quote approval journey, reduces dependency on login, and improves overall customer convenience while ensuring secure and controlled access.

Production days are now displayed directly in the Review Quotation popup, giving clear visibility of turnaround timelines during the quote review process:

With this enhancement, users can quickly view the estimated production time alongside quote details, helping them make more informed decisions without needing to navigate elsewhere.
