Designer Studio
From v11.2, the customers can view their product designs in 3D view while making changes to the design.
To ease the activation of 3D Preview functionality, we have moved the setting to the Studio Settings:
The admin can now enable the 3D preview with just one setting and it will be available for some of the standard products in the Studio with a mini window.
If the admin wants to display the 3D preview in a side-by-side layout for all products or a specific one, it can be managed via the "Enable 3D preview side by side" setting:
To minimize the time invested in finalizing the artwork for order fulfillment, we brought the Product Design Preview functionality to the Designer Studio.
Once the product design has been created and the user clicks on the Continue button, the system will redirect the user to the Product Design Review page where warnings for the blank image, print quality, text placeholder, and skipped page will be displayed:
The customers can verify their designs and elements and rectify them using the "Make Changes" link before placing the order for the artwork created.
If the admin wants to allow the customers to download the proof, then they can set the value for the "Option for design preview" setting to PDF in the Studio settings:
Once configured, a button to download the PDF proof will be available to the customers in the Studio.
It is now possible to duplicate or generate a new version of art layouts.
With the addition of the "Create New Version" option to the individual Art Layouts Action button, administrators can create a new art layout by altering various elements:
This includes modifying the layout title, changing the product type, adjusting specific product assignments, and updating the design within the designer studio.
In the studio, the users will now have the facility to remove the unwanted background from the images added to the canvas:
Additionally, for the images added to the canvas, the user will now upscale the quality with the Enhance feature:
In the Designer Studio, the customers will be able to evenly distribute the elements within the canvas horizontally, vertically, or tidy up spacing:
The Zoom functionality has been enhanced with the addition of a zoom slider at the bottom of the screen, allowing for display adjustments based on product sizes:
For better visibility and readability, the event names configured in the Calendar product will be displayed on a white background:
Additional Preview Images allow the admin to upload an image that resembles their final finished product to be displayed for the templates.
From v11.2, the admin can now also add additional preview images for the Calendar and Photobook products. For this, the Additional Preview Images has been added to the Template Action menu:
