Front Store Features
In version 10.0, we bring you a new feature called âShip to multiple addressâ, which will allow your customers to create multiple shipments in a single order. This implies that customers can ship their orders to different addresses depending on the items.
For example, if a customer has three items in their shopping cart, they can send the first two to Address 1 and the third to Address 2.
We have provided a few settings in the Site Settings to manage this feature:
From the site settings, the admin may enable or disable the ship to multiple address option, manage to display the option at the Shopping Cart page, enable/disable the Split Quantity and control the display of product group's title.
Once enabled and display settings, the Ship to Multiple Address option will appear in the shopping cart depending on the second setting:
Clicking on this, the customer can ship order with multiple products to different addresses and even split the quantity of the products.
The customer will now be able to select the products and create shipements to ship it to various addresses. As per below image, the customer can also split the quantity of the products:
Once you are done with selecting the product and/splitting quantity, select/add the shipping address and then click on Next button to select the shipping method and create a shipment. The created shipment will appear at the right hand side of the products.
The customer can choose to create multiple shipments depending on their requirements. The shipments created can be modified or deleted.
Note: The products from different vendors cannot be merged in a single shipment.
Once the quantity is displayed as "0", a Continue button will appear to proceed for the next step.
In the next step, you can select the payment options as previous and complete placing the order.
In the View Details page, the customer can see the details as below:
In the Order's section of Admin Panel, we have added some functionalities related to this feature.
- In the View/Update Order page, the Shipments details will be displayed.
- In the Order Shipments tab, the details of the shipment created will be displayed and the admin will have the facility to create the labels and package for the same.
- In the Modify Order menu, we have added a new "Manage Ship to Multiple Address" button to allow admin to manage the shipping addresses from backend for the customer.
- In the Job Tickets and Invoice, the Shipment details will be displayed as shown below:
- To display the Shipment details in the Invoice and Job tickets, the admin needs to manage the template for the same and add the variable for ship to multiple address:
Until now, we have used URL Pattern with just the product, category, or group name, with no consideration for the hierarchy structure.
We have now changed the URL pattern and followed the hierarchical structure in this release. However, we have provided the admin with the setting in the SEO tab of Site Settings to choose the pattern to be used.
We have changed the UI of the Contents menu and created tabs of Dynamic Pages, Category and Fixed Pages for better usability and management.

- Earlier, admins could only create content pages; however, with this version, admins may now create CMS categories as well from the Category tab by clicking on the Add button and filling up the details.
- The Add Content page has been divided into three sections - General Information, SEO and Contents.
- While creating/editing any content page, the admin may enable any content page to be a blog by using the Blog Page setting in the Edit content page. This functionality will be used similarly to a blog that is created from the content management section.
- A block has been added to the blog page in the Page Contents, allowing the admin to utilize it on any page to display the blog block on the front.
Note: When the {% block_cms_blog %} is added in any page, all the CMS pages with "Blog Pages" setting is enabled will be displayed on that content page. If you want to display any specific page as Blog page, then add the page key separated by comma in the block {% block_cms_blog|{key1,key2,...}
- In addition, you can manage sidebar and widget for the Blog pages with the new settings added.
- With these settings, the CMS Category will now be shown in the sidebar.
Currently, the admin needs to upload the help template for all products with respective sizes; however, we implemented an enhancement and created the help template dynamically. For this, we have added one setting named "Dynamic Help Template" in the Admin >> Products >> Action >> Settings >> General tab:
Enabling this setting will give an option on the front store to download a dynamic product help template based on the product size on the product info page, upload center page, and download template page.
The 3D preview will now be provided in the additional info page for the upload design flow.
In this version, we have optimized the shopping cart to increase load speed and ensure a seamless checkout procedure.
