Easily manage orders from multiple channels like email, Phone & walk-in with our solution. Follow these simple steps to add them in just 2 minutes.
Step 1: Admin Configuration
- Payment Method Go to Store Configuration >> Payment Method >> Enable Payment method.
- Shipping Method Go to Store Configuration>> Shipping Method >> Enable Local Pickup >> Add your company address.

- Tax Setup Go to Store Configuration >> Tax / Vat Settings
- Email Notification Go to Content Management >> Email Notification >> Customize the default email content to suit your requirements.
Step 2: Add New Order & Quote
New Order Entry
After receiving an order via Email, Phone, or Walk-in, simply follow these steps to add it to the admin:
- Go to Orders >> Add new order (Here can search the existing customer via their name/email or add new customers)
- Choose Product >> Custom Product >> Put your product information & complete the order
- If you would like, you can activate the option for online payment requests here.

New Quote Entry
To add a quote in the admin section,
- Go to Quote Management >> View Quotes >> Add New Quote >> Enter customer details >> Custom Quote >> Complete the Quote.
- In the view quotes >> Update quote price >> customer can approve quote via email/call/website >> Convert to order
