Setup OpenAI
OpenAI is an artificial intelligence research and deployment company committed to ensuring that general-purpose AI benefits all of humanity. OpenAI aims to advance digital intelligence in ways that can improve human capabilities and address global challenges. The organization is known for developing state-of-the-art AI models and technologies, such as the GPT series, which includes models like ChatGPT.
Integrating OnPrintShop with OpenAI can significantly enhance the capabilities of print service providers by improving customer support, automating content creation, and optimizing operations.
For Generative AI implementation in your OnPrintShop store, we recommend using your Paid Open AI account.
You can check your account status from the "Billing" section.
Go to the Open AI site and log in to your account.
From the next screen, click on the API:
- To create the API key, click on the API Keys available in the left panel:
- On the API Keys screen, click on the Create new secret key button. Enter Name, Product and click on the Create secret key button:
- The secret key will generated. You can copy and save the key in a secure place:
- Click on the Done button.
On your Admin Panel, go to the Store configurations >> External Service Settings >> Generative AI >> Open AI >> 'Editβ Option:
To begin with, click on the Install Service button. The "Settings" section will appear and you can proceed with further configuration as mentioned below:
- API Key: Enter the API Key copied in the above step.
- Model: Select the GPT Model you want to use from the drop-down.
- Custom Instructions: The system message is the default prompt or message that will be considered while generating content in the OnPrintShop solution for any description or content. You can just change this message as you need it.
- Enable Image Generation: When enabled, this setting will allow the admin to generate images for products using AI.
- Image Model: Select the Model you want to use for the image generation.
- Product Color & Backround Color: The colors selected for the product and background will be considered for image generation.
- Once done, you can Save all the details.
