Setup Printer's Plan
Printer's Plan is a comprehensive management software specifically designed for print shops and printing-related businesses. It offers a range of features to facilitate various aspects of print shop operations, including job estimating, order management, production tracking, inventory management, invoicing, and customer relationship management (CRM). Printer's Plan helps print businesses efficiently manage their workflow, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality services to their customers.
The integration of Printer's Plan with OnPrintShop aims to optimize the printing process by combining the capabilities of both platforms to improve efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and facilitate better management of printshop operations.
Follow the below systematic guidelines to setup the Printer's Plan in your OnPrintShop Web store:
Log in to the OnPrintShop admin panel and Printer’s Plan account.
To start the Printer’s Plan configuration, navigate to the Store Configurations >> External Service Settings >> Others tab >> Printer’s Plan >> ‘Action’ menu >> ‘Edit’ option:
- Add the URL received from Printer's Plan in the Domain field. It should have the format as below: http://111.111.11.111/onprintshop/XmlListener.aspx
- Select the payment status from the dropdown and save.
To start with the Printer’s Plan configuration, you need to first map the Printer’s Plan products with the OPS products. To do so, click on the Product Mapping button under Sync Summary:
Here, you need to find out the Product IDs that you want to map from your Printer’s Plan account.
You can manually synchronize the orders from OnPrintShop to the Printer’s Plan system.
You get various buttons under the Help section for manually syncing the orders between Printer’s Plan and OPS, checking the Synced Order Logs as well as mapping the products:
Click on the Click Here to Sync Manually button.
We can also sync orders to the Printer’s Plan automatically based on the request. Kindly contact the technical team to activate the automation.
You can check the logs by clicking on the See Logs button.
