all users streamlined data input whether utilizing the xml upload or form fill option, the system streamlines the data input process, saving customers valuable time and effort rapid setup and customization the revamped "bulk personalization" setting allows administrators to efficiently configure and customize available options, facilitating quick setup according to specific customer needs and preferences configuration in admin panel you can enable and offer bulk template personalization for specific products to your customers for this, navigate to the admin panel > products > print products > action dropdown (selected product) > settings > general tab for bulk personalization, you can choose to allow the upload csv file, manual data, or both also, you can choose to allow personalization for image elements along with text fields upload csv file when you select "upload csv file" from the dropdown, you get another option to upload the sample file that will be available for the customers to download from the front end manual data when "manual data" is selected, it will allow your customers to manually enter their data using available fields both if you have selected "both," then customers will have the option to choose between the methods also, you can choose the default method selected from both when the customer chooses to bulk personalize the templates once you have made all the choices, save the details bulk personalization with quick design products bulk template personalization allows customers to personalize multiple records at once for quick design–enabled products , providing the same bulk personalization experience available for standard products this ensures a consistent personalization workflow across different product types to offer this feature to your customers, select a suitable quick design layout from the dropdown and save the details feature at storefront additional info page flow for the standard products, the customers will have an option for bulk template personalization as shown below on the product additional information page when a customer wants to personalize their order by selecting yes from the above screen and further clicking on the bulk template personalization button, the bulk template personalization screen will offer two options, “upload xls” and “manual data” (when the admin has selected the "both" option) upload csv file when customers prefer to upload data using a file, they can do so from the upload xlsx tab this option allows users to upload their xlsx file directly for bulk personalization with the xlsx option, customers can download a sample file, fill in the necessary details, and upload it back to the system this approach is ideal for handling large volumes of data efficiently customers can also upload images in zip format, enabling quick and seamless bulk uploads if customers want to exclude certain fields from personalization—such as company name, website url, office phone number, or company address—they can click the exclude personalization fields button from there, they can simply uncheck the fields they don’t need and proceed to download the sample file containing only the selected fields after filling in the required details, the file can be uploaded for processing this option helps simplify the upload process by allowing customers to skip fields that are not required for personalization after uploading the file, customers can click on continue to move to the bulk personalization summary page here, users can preview and verify the records before submission once confirmed, the system processes the data and applies it to the order manual data it is designed specifically for products like stickers or labels, and this streamlined interface makes managing your data a breeze here, the customer can fill in the required template form fields upload the images using the select file link to add more data, customers can click on the add more+ button from the bottom right corner, increase/decrease the number, or simply add numbers in the given field the exclude personalize field button allows the customer to remove any field from personalization, such as company name, company website url, or company logo, which will be the same for all so, they can skip adding details for those, and it will take the default values set once they've filled in the necessary details, simply click on the “ preview ” button to see the preview a preview file will be generated after preview, customers can proceed to the next step by clicking on the “ continue ” button, where they can see the number of records and files on the additional info page, and then click on “save and add to cart” for the checkout process quick design flow when the admin enables bulk personalization for quick design products , the personalization options become available on the storefront within the price calculator , based on the selected layout once customers select yes for personalization, the system displays the available personalization options as buttons, as configured by the admin customers can then proceed by either uploading a file or entering details through manual data , depending on their personalization requirements after the data is added, the number of records and file details are shown directly within the price calculator for easy review order management once a customer places an order using the bulk template personalization flow, the admin can manage the output files directly from the order details for such orders, a new action called docid\ hyf5ssdvvkk t1zsyirqr becomes available in the actions dropdown this option helps you generate print ready pdf files for all personalized records in one go, saving time and manual effort
