Dashboard
A storefront will have registered customers, guest customers, and store customers. OnPrintShop allows Admin to add both B2B and B2C customers.
The website customer dashboard enlists all the registered customers. The system provides three different ways to add a customer:
- From the '+Add Button' of Admin Panel.
- Upload an excel file from the Admin Panel.
- When a Customer registers on the web-store.
See how you can Add New Customers.
The website customer dashboard contains other links of Quick Actions to add, edit, delete customers, view their order details, export customer data and more.
Using the Sort, Search and other filters, you can narrow down the customer listing.
- Sort customers based on their recent activity i.e. Recent Login and Recent Registration.
- Search your customers by entering their Name or Email ID. The search results will give a quick view of all customer's details.
- The Select Customer dropdown groups all the default store customers as a Default Store.
- If you have enabled Social Media Login either through Facebook or through Google then the dropdown allows you to filter those customers too i.e. the system gives social media login filter.
- The system enlists store customers with the name of the company and the departments with an indent.
- Also, the dashboard displays basic customer details such details, their Pay On balance, credit limit remaining and the company name (if options are enabled).
- For store customers, a manager icon is displayed near to the customers with access roles assigned. The user type of store customers is written as Company Name – [Department Name], for example: User Type: RadixWeb - [PHP].
As an Admin, you will always have the right to restrict the customers from accessing their accounts. The Admin can anytime restrict the Default Store or Store customers from accessing their account by turning status off.
This functionality will be helpful when some customer exceeds their credit limit or when you encounter some spam activity on your website.
The system notifies on new customer registration, through a bell icon. (Available at the top left corner of Admin Panel)
