overview & purpose once a customer have registered into your web store or you have manually added a customer from the admin panel, you can perform quick action on customers account some of actions include edit, view orders, check their templates, view quotes, etc actions menu the action drop down allows the admin to perform some quick actions on the selected customers account view customer this shows the details of the customers such as total orders, active orders, templates created by them, quotes placed, their addresses, and total login count admin can check the pay on account details with the remaining paid limit and invoice amount edit customer a quick link to modify customer details such as name, address, change user group, and manage address you can also change the customer’s password or leave it unchanged under address details, get a quick link to manage addresses of the customer view orders a quick link to get the orders list of the particular customer this will redirect you to the list orders page and you can modify and change the orders for the selected customer view templates once you click on the view templates for the selected, you will be redirected to the customer templates docid\ n06z2yngzcs7delfyhhld section and the templates designed and saved in the designer studio by the selected customer will be displayed you will get quick links to perform actions on each template of the customer view quote this is a quick link to view the quote(s) placed by the customer once clicked, the system will redirect to the view quotes section where you can view all the quote(s) requested by the customer manage address this will take you to the manage customer address docid\ ucpcemtmknhxb idpqbed pagewhere all the address(es) of the customer will be enlisted, giving you a quick link to edit previously added address, enter a new one, also print and import addresses add new order this option will help you quickly place an order in a single click from the customer listing screen itself the option will redirect you to the add new order page login as customer you get an option to log in to the customer's account in the front store and edit their information, place an order or perform any activities delete this will permanently delete your customer from the system after a 2 step confirmation this will also delete the images saved by the customer, quotes placed (if any), and templates created
