Front Store Feature
In this version, we have enhanced the front-side search and changed the UI of the admin search.
Front side
As of now, on the front search if the search text is not exactly matched then the result will not appear, for a better search experience we have added the fuzzy search.
Using fuzzy search if the search text is closely matched then the result will appear for the Product section or Template section or both based on the below site setting value:
On the search results screen, you can see the search history along with a link to view the advanced search results.
On clicking the link, the customer will be redirected to the advanced search page with all the results:
Admin Side
On the admin side, we have changed the dropdown search to the tabbing view.
As per the existing search feature, the system was redirected to the specific section when the admin searched for anything. For example, to search for any order details, the admin needed to select Order from the dropdown menu and then search the order number in the search bar and they will be redirected to that order numbers detail page.
In version 10.1, we have further enhanced Search functionality. With the new changes, when the admin starts entering the characters in the search bar, the result will be displayed in the pop-up.
The first half section will display the results from the admin panel menu and in the below, the results will be displayed from the three sections - "Orders", "Customers", and "Products".
Clicking on the search results will take the admin to the respective section for more details.
Note: To display the Products and Templates (new or modified) in the search results, you need to click on the Publish button from the top-right corner of the respective pages.
In this version, we have made some enhancements to the front store:
Mobile Responsive
We have enhanced the mobile responsiveness of the browse design, and my account pages like order listing, my images, order details, quote listing, quote details, QR code page, and templates pages.
Upload Page
We enhanced the UI of the upload center page to enhance the user experience and usability for the consumers.
Product Menu
In this version, the CMS section has been added to the product listing so that the admin may add any necessary content below the product listing block in the menu.
Shopping Cart Page
We have further enhanced the UI of our Shopping Cart. To display the items lists and price summary separately, we have added blocks on the right side in all three stages:
Now, if a customer wants to view an item that has been added to their cart, they may do so from the right side.
The default Meta tag will be overwritten if a product or content-specific Meta tag with the same name is already available.
The Product SKU will be displayed in the price summary on the product info and additional info page:
In this version, store customer can see their department name on My Account >> My Profile page:
We have implemented the below enhancement in the “My Images” section:
- Now, your customers can filter the Stock images from the “My Image” section:
- Customers can now delete the album which has the image, and all of the images in that specific album will be removed:
In this version, the admin can manage the order feedback option on the order detail page from the site setting "Enable order feedback option in order details page front side.":
After failed payment attempts, we added a captcha for the online payment method.
Now, the most recent order number and status as well as basic personal information like name and email address will be displayed in the chat window.
The URL field in the product add/edit interface is unique to the entire site. For example, if the URL is set to "product" in one store, it cannot be set to "product" in any other store for any other product.
As a result, we have enhanced the URL field, which will now be specific to a particular store. So, if the URL "product" is set for one product in one store and the other store does not have that product, the URL may now be "product”.
There were several predefined variables on the order success page, but the admin also wanted to have more variables like first name, last name, and email address.
So, in this version, we introduced the above three variables in the Order Success Page content:
The admin can manage variables according to their requirements.
In this version, we have added two new settings in Site Settings for managing the validation of the customer's phone number and department on the Contact Us page.
The admin will be able to manage how the details will be validated: Active & Mandatory, Active & Non-mandatory or Disable.
