Email Notification Enhancements

In this release, we enhanced the Email/SMS Notification section's interface and added additional features.

As of now, the functionality option was in the button, so we have modified the interface to the tabbing view for better usability.

We have added two new options: "Order Status Email" and "Quote Status Email" from which the admin can overwrite the email content based on order status and quote status.

Order Status Email

Configure the Order status email in Admin >> Content Management >> Email/SMS Notifications >> Order Status Email

Admin will be able to configure order status and order product status email notification store-wise.

In the order status and order product status, the admin can view the list of all order statuses and able to enable/disable the customer and admin notification.

The admin can overwrite the email template using the listed variables, as well as the sender and recipient email addresses from the edit screen.

Any changes to the "order status email notification" will have no impact if the notification is disabled from the "set email notification".

Quote Status Email

Configure the Quote Status email in Admin >> Content Management >> Email/SMS Notifications >> Quote Status Email:

Same as the "Order status email", the admin can able to overwrite the "Customer quote status", and "Printer quote status":

Preview Image Settings

To date, the admin has to set the Preview Image DPI Settings for multiple products with the same sizes individually from the Product Settings screen. Also, for products with multiple sizes, the admin needs to set the same DPI settings for all the sizes.

To manage this, we have moved the Preview Image Settings from the product setting to the studio setting screen.

In Studio Settings, we created a new tab from which the admin can set the Preview Image DPI based on sizes.

For example, for products maximum up to 10 in size, the DPI will be 100 and the preview will be generated with a minimum 200-pixel dimension and a maximum 400-pixel in dimension.

So, this setting will apply to all the products whose sizes fall in the configured range. This will reduce the time which was invested in this repetitive task.

Country Restrictions

Manage Country-wise Site Access 

Currently, admins are unable to select to allow or block access to a site from an individual country's IP address.

Now, we have added a new section “Country Based IP Management” in the “Manage site access” interface:

From here, the admin can select multiple countries to allow or block access to their website.

Restrict Countries for Default Store

When the admin enables any country for a specific private store, it is also applicable to the default store. Until now, there was no option to enable some countries for a private store and restrict those countries for the default store.

For this, we have added one column "Available for Default Store" in the Admin >> Store Configuration >> Site Settings >> Country/State list tab:

Now, admins can define if the country enabled for a private store will also be available for the default store or not by just enabling the status of that country in the new column.

Note: This column will not be available in the Country/State screen if there are no Private Stores added to the system.

Job Board for Workflow Admins

In version 10.0, we have enhanced the Job Board for admin to ease their order management and tracking process. We have designed and implemented the same for the Workflow admins in version 10.1.

When the workflow admin will log into their account, they will now have three view preferences – workflow dashboard, job board - grid view, and job board - list view.

By default, the Workflow Dashboard will be displayed but when the admin changes the view that preference will be saved, and next time the saved view will be loaded on login.

The view and elements can be managed from the Settings icon for the Job Board - Grid View and Job Board - List View respectively.

Template Category - Metatag Enhancement

In information for template category Admin >> SEO >> Page title, Keyword Setting.

We have added a template in this version, and we have enhanced the option to add the meta information for the template category. To configure the meta category option in the select section dropdown, based on that list of template categories will display.

For a specific template category, the admin can select the product and add the meta information like page title and meta description.

Dynamic Help Template Enhancement

In this release, we have made the following enhancement to the Dynamic Help Template.

Dynamic Help Template Content

Now, the admin can able to add the content file to display in the dynamic help content.

Admin can configure dynamic help template content from Help Template content in Admin >> Content Management >> Contents >> Fixed Content >> Help Template Content.

The dynamic help template can be managed language-wise, and the admin can upload files in PDF, JPEG, JPG, and PNG file formats.

Fold Line and Product Information

Now, in the dynamic help template fold line will be displayed in blue color if it is configured by the admin from the product Designer tab.

Also, we have added a piece of product information like Final cut size, Artwork Bleed, etc.

Quote Enhancements

Modified Quote/Print Quote Email Template

In this version, we have added some Product, shipping, and tax-related variables in the following Email templates:

  • PDF quote print download
  • Printer update quote status
  • Quote Email Template

Create Quote Enhancement

In this release, we have made the following enhancements in the create quote section.

The admin can now set the default option for product type while creating quote. For this we have provided "Quote Default Product Type" setting in the Site Settings:

While creating a quote, the customer was only allowed to enter one quantity. There was no provision to get the quotation of same product for differnet quantities.

Now, we’ve added the ability to create quotes for multiple quantities using additional quantity fields.

Quote Listing and View Enhancement

Offline Quote: If an existing product vendor price is available, it will be prefilled while creating an offline quotation, and the admin will be able to modify the vendor price.

Tax Price: When the admin has entered any specific tax for a quote, then the calculated tax price will be displayed on the quote list and quote detailed page.

To charge tax, the admin can enter the tax from the Admin >> Quote Management >> View Quotes >> Action >> Edit screen by selecting Specific Tax as Tax Rate Type and entering the tax percentage:

The tax price will be calculated based on the percentage entered and will be displayed in the My Account >> My Quotes >> Review/Update Quotation button/ View Details page:

Product list in product option

The admin will be able to now view to which all products any product option is assigned.

The list of products will appear in the help icon and clicking on the links provided will take the admin to the respective additional options page of that product.

Export Order File in JSON format

The admin can export the order file in JSON format if the setting Export Format is set to JSON.

Guest customer registration

When a customer has logged in as a “Guest” customer and placed an order and then some other person tries to register with the same email entered by any “Guest” customer then, the newly registered customer was able to see the guest customer’s details and other sensitive data.

Due to this, now anyone can register with the guest customer’s email and be able to see guest customer’s details.

To prevent this, we have added one setting "Enable Authorization while registering Customers?" in the Site settings:

When the setting is set as "Authorize with Email Verification" then, the guest customer will recieve an authorization email with a link to verify their account for completing the registration process.

NOTE: This functionality is not available when the guest customer will register through the quote process.

Country and State searchable dropdown

To make the searching of Countries or States easier, we have added a search box in the country and state dropdown for both the front customer and admin.

Restore address setting for public store

Now, the franchisee and reseller store admin can restore the default store address setting from the store configuration. For this, we have added the "Address Settings" widget in the Configuration of the Franchisee and Reseller store account.

External Service for private store

Now, for the private store super admin can able to view all active service lists, and able to disable particular services from the External Services Settings widget added in the Configuration tab.

Download multiple quotes

Now, the admin can download multiple quotes from the quote listing action. Admin needs to select the quotes and then select the "Print Quote" from the Actions drop-down:

Workflow Admin

Now, workflow admins will have the same option as super admins to download multiple order files from the order listing action section.

Quarterly and Semi-annually Tax Summary report

Admin can now generate quarter or semi-annual Tax Summary reports using the View Quarterly and View Semi-Annually filters added:
