Setup Klaviyo

Read the below systematic guide to integrate Klaviyo with your OnPrintShop website:
On your Admin Panel, go to the Store configurations >> External Service Settings >> Digital Marketing tab >> Klaviyo >> ‘‘Edit’ Option:
- Go to the Account >> Settings >> API Keys to get the Public Key and API key. Copy and paste the Public Key and API key.
- From your Klaviyo account, you can find the List ID from the Audience >> Lists & Segments >> Click on the three dot icon against the list >> List Settings >> List Name:
- Copy the list ID from the statement and paste it into the admin panel List Id field.
- From the Klaviyo Events List, assign the events that you want to track and take further action.
- Once done with filling in all the details, Save the changes.
After the successfull integration, you can track various site activity details through Klaviyo such as –
- Website Activity - When customers visit your website.
- Viewed Activity - When customers view products.
- Checkout Activity - When visitors start the checkout process (used to trigger Abandoned Cart emails).
- Orders and Order Items Activity - Purchase events and the items that comprise those purchases.
