Setup Yotpo
Yotpo is a third-party app, which helps you collect site reviews, product reviews, and ratings. Integrate Yotpo on your OnPrintShop store to increase traffic and sales.
With the app, you can display your site reviews, product reviews, ratings, Q&A on your home page, products pages, and even on checkout pages to create trust among the shoppers. With the app, collect reviews with an on-site gadget available on your website with simple Yotpo integration.
Read the below systematic guide to integrate Yotpo into your OnPrintShop website.
In the Admin Panel, navigate to Store Configuration >> External Service Settings >> Review tab >> Product Review (Yotpo) >> Action Drop-down >> ‘Edit’ Option:
- As you are a new user, you need to create new account on Yotpo:
- Click on the Register to Yotpo link to register:
- Enter your Email ID, choose a username and enter the password.
- Click on Save & Continue to register as a new user in Yotpo.
As soon as you save the details, the API key and Secret Token will automatically be generated as shown below:
Select the options as shown below:
- Select Location: Select the location for the ratings to appear.
- Enable Mail after purchase: Enable this setting to send mail after every purchase.
- Enable star ratings for product listing page: Enable this setting to display the star ratings on the Product listing page.
- Show product ratings besides product page heading: Enable this setting to display the product ratings beside the product page heading.
- Save the settings.
Automatic Review Request
Request your users for the product review after the order is completed. Setup the review mail as explained below.
On your Yotpo dashboard go to Collect Reviews >> Automatic Requests:
This is the email template to request a product review from the user.
- Set the Send request days after purchase.
- Change the subject, body, and signature if required.
- Save the changes made.
Site Review After Invoice
Request your users for the site review after the invoice is generated. Setup the review mail as explained below.
On your Yotpo dashboard, go to Collect Reviews >> Site Review After Invoice:
This is the email template to request a site review from the user.
- Enter your invoice email id.
- Set the Send request days after purchase.
- Change subject, body, and signature if required.
- Save the changes made.
Customers can read the review on your website written by other customers. In addition, they can write their review too:
For your customers to read the reviews, add the reviews block in the product page layout. To add the block from the Admin panel follow the below steps-
Go to the Admin >> Store Personalization >> Product Page Layout >> Duplicate any layout >> Select the new layout >> ‘Action’ Dropdown >> ‘Edit’ Option:
On the Edit Product Page Layout-
- Select Block: Product Reviews.
- Click on the Add.
- Arrange the block in Arrange Block section.
- Click on the Save & Continue.
You can keep the reviews on one page of your OnPrintShop store. For this create a new page link and can display all the reviews on that page. To create one such page follow the below steps-
On your Yotpo Dashboard, go to the Display Reviews >> Reviews TAB & SEO Page:
Copy the code given and paste the above-copied code in the Admin Panel >> Content Management >> Content >> Add Button:
- Give a page URL.
- Select the status of this page.
- Give a Page Heading.
- In Page Content under source, paste the copied code from the Yotpo dashboard.
This will create a new page on your OnPrintShop store as shown below:
You can also see the Yotpo Review tab created on your website. Enable the tab from the Yotpo >> Display Reviews >> Review Tab & SEO Page >> Reviews Tab enabled:
