Bulk Pricing - Product
The Product Price Bulk Update section allows Admin to update/manage the price of one product at a time. This interface allows you to handle bulk prices.
With simple steps, choose the products to update prices of and add prices.
Step – 1 Select the available options
This step will help you create a filter to update the Product Price.
Price Category for Default Stores, Stores, and Specific Stores.
Choose the Price category. The system allows you to choose the category of the Prices with the type of customer i.e. Default Store, Store (if there are any) and Specific Store (if there are any). As you change the Price Category, the products listed in ‘Select Products’ get changed.
- Fix Quantity – This will show products for which you have added price quantity-wise.
- Range-Based Quantity – This will show products for which you have added price according to Range Based with Multiplication or Range Based without Multiplication.
- Custom Size – This will list down all the products whose prices are defined on Custom Size based.
Apply Price on Quantity
Depending on the product category, you can set the pricing filter by entering any price. Keep blank for all quantities.
Enter the price for bulk price update
Here enter the price that you want to increase, decrease or enter a percentage increase or decrease in the price of the products. Adding percentage or price is mandatory.

Select Products
Now select the products. From unassigned products select the products for which you want to change the price and move them to assigned products.
Step – 2 List of Prices
You will get a list of current and new prices based on the filter created in Step – 1.
According to the filter created the system lists down all the products with their old prices and new prices. The new prices are defined based on the ‘Bulk Price Update’ value entered.
If you do not want to update the new price of a specific product then simply delete it by clicking on the trash icon. While on this screen, you can still change the filter from the ‘Filter’ section.
The above example shows a product price increase of Default Store product with Fixed Quantity pricing method. All the products have an increase of $5 on Price quantity greater than or equal to $10.
Step – 3 Click to Apply
After finalizing the price and check thoroughly the changed prices click on the ‘Apply New Price’ button in the top left corner. This will update all the prices displayed on the list.
Note: After applying, the updated price there is no provision to revert the action.
