overview & purpose to help reduce production issues caused by low quality or incorrect artwork files, the system provides a preflight information feature within the upload center this feature allows customers to review important file related information during the artwork upload process, helping them identify possible issues before placing the order administrators can configure different validation rules using preflight profiles and assign them to specific products based on production requirements configuration to start with, navigate to the products > print products > preflight profiles at the top right corner create profiles administrators can create multiple preflight profiles for different products, print methods, or production workflows from the preflight profiles section, click on the add button enter the profile title define which file properties should be validated during the upload process each validation can be enabled or disabled individually, allowing administrators to configure different rules for different product types and workflows save the profile assign profiles to product after creating the profile, you need to assign it to specific products to do so, from the product listing page, navigate to the settings section of the selected product from the upload tab, locate the " allow preflight information " setting select the required profile you want to assign and save the settings preflight information on the upload center when customers upload supported artwork files on the storefront, the system automatically analyzes the file in the background during the upload process if preflight information is enabled for the product, customers will see a file review option within the upload center this section allows customers to review important artwork related information, validation results, warnings, and recommendations before proceeding further instead of displaying complex technical details, the system provides simple and easy to understand guidance that helps customers quickly identify issues that may affect print quality or production when the uploaded artwork file partially meets the validation rules, the system displays the file review option in yellow color with the instructions when the uploaded artwork file successfully meets all configured validation requirements, the system displays a pass review tag, indicating that the file matches the assigned preflight profile settings
