overview the manage stock feature helps administrators monitor and maintain inventory levels for products available in the system it provides a centralized view of product stock, stock movements, stock locations, and inventory history, enabling efficient inventory management and accurate stock tracking purpose the purpose of this feature is to help administrators track available inventory across products add or deduct stock when required monitor stock movement history manage stock locations for products perform bulk stock updates using excel import maintain accurate inventory records for both online and offline sales activities stock management for all products the manage stock section helps you check the overall stock of all the products in the system click to view the stock, stock history, and download stock history, etc for managing the stock of individual products, you can refer to the stock docid\ rtnlf91edcj73rbijg4of section of the product configuration add or remove stock the ( manage stock) option allows administrators to increase or decrease product stock manually stock is automatically deducted when an online order is placed, but this option is helpful when handling offline orders or making inventory adjustments such as adding newly received stock, correcting stock counts, or deducting stock for manual sales add stock location the location column displays the location of the product stock available admins can add or modify these stock locations for individual products history the history button at the top right corner shows a pop up with all the products' stock history here, admin can filter the stock data for a specific time span import stock instead of crediting and debiting stock for each product, you can import an excel file for the same step 1 download the stock import file select the stock type and product to download the file step 2 fill stock details fill in the stock details into the excel file with the relevant information refer to the fill up data & help section to correctly fill in the data step 3 import file select the file and upload it to the system after a successful upload, the system will verify the records for each column and import the data
