overview & purpose the upload tab allows the admin to control how customers upload, manage, preview, and store their design files from this page, you can define the upload button style, enable artwork upload later options, configure standard or cloud storage, control image preview settings such as cut marks or crop marks, and allow multiple files or multiple jobs within a single order these settings help streamline the artwork submission process, improve production accuracy, and provide a flexible and efficient file management workflow for both customers and administrators settings upload button style this setting allows you to define how customers can upload their artwork files for a product depending on your product requirements and design workflow, you can choose one of the following upload styles option 1 individual button for each side select this option to provide a separate upload button for each design page or side of the product with this setup customers must upload individual files for each page or side each design page will have its own upload button for example for a double sided business card front side → upload file separately back side → upload file separately this option ensures that customers clearly assign the correct file to each design page option 2 one common button select this option to display a single upload button for all design pages with this setup customers can select and upload multiple files at once the system will assign the files to the respective design pages for example for a brochure with multiple pages, the customer can upload all page files in a single action instead of uploading them one by one choose the upload style based on how structured or flexible you want the artwork submission process to be for your customers upload artwork later option enable this option to allow customers to place an order first and upload their artwork later this is useful when customers want to confirm pricing and place an urgent order, but their final design is still being reviewed or will be provided by a designer once enabled, the upload artwork later link will appear on the product info page, and the upload artwork later button will be available in the upload center allow cloud file upload this setting defines where customer uploaded files will be stored you can choose the upload type as standard upload , cloud upload , or both if you select cloud upload , customer files will be stored directly in your configured cloud storage this helps reduce server disk usage and allows easier access to uploaded files when cloud upload is enabled, all files uploaded through the upload center are saved directly to the cloud if you select both , the upload center will display an additional upload large files button, allowing customers to upload large files through cloud storage when required upload centre proof there are six options for this select the option that will be followed after a customer uploads their artwork none this will allow a regular flow where a customer would upload a file and proceed further without customization of the uploaded image designer studio this will redirect the customer to the designer studio, wherein they can customize their uploaded design and get a preview of the same cut margin in image with this option, the customer will get a preview of their image with cut margins on it mask in image this option will allow customers to preview their uploaded design with the mask image superimposed on it crop mark in image this option will allow customers to preview their uploaded design with the crop marks cut margin & crop marks in image this option will allow customers to preview their uploaded design with the crop marks and cut margin if the system fails to generate the image preview of certain files, like rar files, then the file icon, along with the extension and name of the file, will be displayed apart from the none selected in the above setting, when any other option is selected, the next "image load options" setting will appear the cut margin or crop marks will always be displayed based on actual size the canvas size will not be changed based on the uploaded image it will get fixed based on the dpi set in product preview settings if the image is small, then it will get stretched allow multiple file upload this will allow customers to upload multiple files in a single job (at the front end) on the ordered product upload center page this option will add an ‘add more file’ button, thus allowing customers to upload multiple design files allow multiple jobs this will allow the customers to upload multiple job files for the product at the order upload centre, first, there will be the default pages of the product and after that, there will be a button named “add more files” to upload additional files this same feature will be available at the order modify screen there is a button to add multiple jobs “add more job” note the setting to control the number of files to be uploaded and the common prefix is centralized the settings for the front end will now be applicable to admin too
