User Groups

Using user group feature you can classify your website customers into different segments. This allows you to organize your customers, give them discounts, and offer them coupons.
With customer segregation, you can –
- Set up loyalty groups and offer them special discounts.
- Set up a members-only group for your elite customers.
- Set up wholesale groups and offer discounts and coupons for bulk purchases
- To create a customer group, go to the Website Customers >> Select any Customer >> Action Menu >> Edit Option.
- Next, in the User Group fields in the Customer Details section, click on the '+' icon.
- The results will display all the groups created and allow you to add more.
- Click on the 'Add' button to create a new group.
Note: The group name is for the Admin's purposes only and will not be visible to the customers.
- You can set any user group as Default so that when any of your customers register, they will be auto-assigned to that default group.
- Use the delete icon to delete any group.
- Click on the 'Save' to save the changes.
