configurable product in offline order we have extended the configurable product types feature to the offline order as well to streamline order creation for offline customers with this enhancement, admins can now define products with customizable options during order entry, improving flexibility in handling offline requests where pre configured products may not apply minor enhancements customizable id formats for quotes and orders customizable quote and order product id patterns have been enhanced to enhance flexibility and consistency in id generation admins can now define specific formats for quote ids and use a new variable for system generated order product ids this ensures improved clarity, control, and alignment with internal workflows improved production tracking and reporting to improve visibility and transparency in order processing, the production time spent summary is now available within each order’s history tab this allows admins to review the time spent across different stages of production directly from the order details additionally, a new status change column has been added to the production time spent summary report, making it easier to track when and how order statuses were updated configure when reward points are credited you can now decide whether reward points should be credited at the time of order placement or only after the order is completed to manage this setting, navigate to the admin panel , access the orders module, and click on the reward points menu from the reward points screen, click on the reward point settings button available at the top right corner by default, points are credited on order placement, but you can change this with the " when to credit reward points " setting when using the order completion option, points will first appear as awaiting credit and will only be credited once the order is marked as completed in cases of order or product cancellation, pending points will be converted to cancelled , ensuring accuracy and transparency customers will also see clear messages on checkout, order details, and reward history pages to understand when and how their reward points are applied dedicated payment request tab for orders a new payment request tab has been added under order actions to simplify payment management from this tab, admins can quickly create and manage payment requests for the entire order, making the process more streamlined and improving overall efficiency in handling payments
